Anniversaries

lprovenIt's a big day for two important people in my life today.
For one, it's a first. It may seem weird to wish that someone would commemorate or celebrate this, but today is the first anniversary of![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
the_major's horrific road crash. But the way to look at it is this, I figure (as one who still celebrates the 27th May each year - the anniversary of my horrific road crash). We're still here. Still alive and kicking. That's important and is in itself a wonderful thing.
The other is a more mundane event, in that everyone has one, but still worth partying about. Happy birthday,tamaranth!
