I've just had the rudest, curtest ever communication I've ever seen from a supplier in my life.



It's about those budget servers I was asking about earlier.

I've been mailing various companies for quotes. Some have bent over backwards to be helpful, some have not replied at all.

From DNUK I got an email from someone signed "Lee" asking some questions which were covered in the original email. This went back and forth a few times until he recommended a server and sent a "quote" consisting of only a price, no information about the machine or its service cover whatsoever.

I replied, slightly testily.

Here is the reply, in full:
