I've been Salmoned

lprovenNovelty. Usually a good thing.
For instance, a week or two back, I got nobbled by a Salmon.
There I was, typing away, and this AIM window opens up and says something like:
"I hereby announce that I am performing cunnilingus."
I reply, "WHAT?!" - y'know, as you would.
The person on the other end goes "what yourself, dude" or something.
Hilarity doesn't ensue but a very confused conversation does. It emerges that she saw "SaintlySalmon" saying "WHAT?!" to her; I saw SaintlySalmon saying this business about cunnilingus, which she didn't type.
Actually, the young lady in question is a real person called Kali, she's very pleasant. She's also![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
lilitheve and we have shared some interesting chats in what is for me the wee small hours. I believe that the young people would say she's a new "dotcomrade". (New Word Of The Week, #1.)
But we're not alone. Apparently, if 2 random LJers post more or less simultaneously, especially at a quiet time, the Salmon links 'em up with something explicit...

New Word Of The Week #2: "Susie". If you heard this, not in connection with a diminutive of a person's name, what would it mean to you?
In other news: ouch. Some b*str*rd knocked me off my bike on the way into work this evening. Not happy. Handlebars all twisted; hoping there's no other damage. I was in helmet and gloves, but I have a scraped bashed sore knee, happily on the leg that's all original equipment. (Which is actually the more problematic of my knees, as it happens.) And the little scrote is threatening to sue me for scratching his car. Some mad old nutcase wandering by offered to stand witness - for him. Said I was going way too fast. My top speed is about 15mph! Apparently, I'm a bully, for shouting at him and bleeding on his car or something.
