Any allegedly-enlightened country with a supposedly enforced separation between church & state where someone might even think it necessary to write something like this... [Shakes head]
Geeky aside: A friend of a friend needs a PC and due to incompatibility of supposedly-standard but actually not entirely bits from Gateway, the best I can offer is a P166. Not good. So, out of interest, before I give it away, I've been putting NT4 on it, as that's about the best it'll run. And I'm finding that it's really quite hard work getting NT4 working and online in this day and age. Even ZoneAlarm won't work. Eeeesh. Rate I'm going I'm going to give up and put Damn Small Linux on it or something.
