I make my own bread. For years now, I've been trying to come up with a recipe that resembles Norwegian bread, such as kneipp or mellom-grov*. I'm getting close now. But I often find that when I'm leaning over the breadmaker (which sits high up on top of my fridge), I accidentally lean on the buttons that control the breadmaker. I've not accidentally reset it yet but it's a matter of time.

However, I did not realise that this was such a widespread problem...

* [Oops! I had "grøv" in there. I'm always getting "o" & "ø" muddled up. Meant that within hours of posting, I was the top hit on Google for the nonexistent phrase "mellom-grøv". "Grov" means "country", as in "grove", and "mellom" is "between", so mellom-grov is semi-country bread - IOW, not as brown and heavy as full-on "grov brød"] Damn, Google's fast these days.
